Career Transition Magazine
Career Transition is a human resource magazine relevant to mid-careerists, as well as their potential employers. Produced semi-annually by the Career Transition Resource Centre, Ministry of Defence, Singapore, it is especially targeted at personnel transiting from their military careers.
The magazine enhances awareness on up-to-date industry and human resource trends, career options, and other organisational initiatives.
As the managing editor, I planned the article line-up, cover stories, and the communication strategies. I also wrote articles and conducted ad-hoc interviews.
Major Contributions
- Content Architecture. I reviewed the communication agenda of the magazine and focused its content to the intent.
- Design and Communication. I worked with creatives to formulate different designs to communicate different messages.
